Overview

These Terms of Service describe the general conditions for accessing and using Skillware, including the website, platform, related services, and customer-facing functionality.

By accessing or using Skillware, customers, users, and visitors agree to these terms, subject to any separate commercial agreement, order form, or enterprise contract that may apply to the relationship.

Use of the Platform

Skillware is provided for business use in compliance training, learning delivery, policy workflows, reporting, awareness programs, and related operational use cases.

Customers are responsible for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, internal requirements, and any usage restrictions described in commercial or implementation agreements.

Account and Access Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for managing authorized users, protecting login credentials, configuring access appropriately, and maintaining reasonable administrative controls over their accounts.

Users must not share credentials improperly, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or use Skillware in ways that could disrupt the platform or other users.

Customer Content and Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and internal approval of the content, materials, policies, user data, and information they upload, create, or manage through Skillware.

Skillware may process customer content and related data as necessary to provide the service, support customer workflows, maintain security, and fulfill operational obligations.

Acceptable Use

Customers and users may not use Skillware to violate law, infringe the rights of others, transmit malicious code, disrupt service availability, misuse automation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.

Skillware may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, respond to security concerns, or comply with legal obligations.

Commercial Terms and Service Scope

Pricing, subscription scope, onboarding services, support levels, implementation details, and commercial terms may vary depending on the selected plan and any signed agreement between Skillware and the customer.

If there is a conflict between these general terms and a separately executed commercial agreement, the executed agreement will control for that customer relationship.

Availability and Changes

Skillware may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time as the platform evolves. We may also perform maintenance, upgrades, or security-related changes as needed.

While Skillware works to provide a reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and temporary outages or service changes may occur.

Intellectual Property

Skillware and its related website, platform, branding, software, design, documentation, and service materials remain the property of Skillware or its licensors, except for customer-owned content and data.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the Skillware platform or underlying intellectual property to customers or users.

Disclaimer and Limitation Principles

Skillware provides the platform as a business service intended to support operational workflows, but customers remain responsible for their own legal, compliance, HR, security, and policy decisions.

To the extent permitted by law and applicable agreement, Skillware is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the platform.

Termination

Skillware may suspend or terminate access where necessary for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, breach of these terms, or where continued access would create operational or legal risk.

Customers may also stop using the platform or terminate services according to the terms of their applicable commercial agreement.

Updates to These Terms

Skillware may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, business operations, or updated service practices.

When updates are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
